The agreement between you and PremiumAV Private Limited when you use MayaPDF.
Last updated: 12 July 2026 · Draft — under owner review
MayaPDF (pdf.maya123.com) is operated by PremiumAV Private Limited (doing business as Maya Software Technologies), CIN U72900DL2021PTC379935, Flat 804-A, Manjusha Building, 57 Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
MayaPDF is an online PDF suite: reading, page tools, OCR, annotations, stamps, signatures (including PKCS#7 cryptographic signatures), and e-sign workflows. Page tools and OCR run in your browser; documents you explicitly save to your account, and e-sign workflow documents, are stored on our servers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Electronic records and signatures are recognised under India's Information Technology Act, 2000. MayaPDF's cryptographic signatures use the industry-standard PKCS#7 format and are tamper-evident. Where a self-signed certificate is used, PDF readers may display "validity unknown" until the certificate is trusted by the recipient — this is expected behaviour. You are responsible for ensuring an electronic signature is appropriate for your specific document type and jurisdiction; certain documents (e.g. some negotiable instruments and property documents) may require other formalities.
You retain all rights to documents you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process them to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising or model training.
The service, its design, and software are the property of PremiumAV Private Limited or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Current pricing is published on the pricing page. Where a paid plan applies, payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing).
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms, giving notice where reasonably practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
