Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair and simple: if a paid plan doesn't work out, here is exactly how cancellation and refunds work.

1. Current status

MayaPDF accounts are currently free while pricing is finalised (see Pricing). This policy takes practical effect from the day paid plans are introduced; it is published in advance so you know the rules before any payment exists.

2. Cancelling a plan

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing maya@maya123.com from your registered email address.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Your documents remain accessible on the free tier after cancellation; nothing is deleted because you cancelled.

3. Refunds

Draft — to be confirmed The following window is a draft pending final confirmation and may change before paid plans launch:

  • First purchase: full refund if requested within 7 days of the first payment for a new plan.
  • Renewals: refundable if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided the service has not been substantially used in that period.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: always refunded in full — contact us with the payment reference.

4. How refunds are processed

  • Email maya@maya123.com with your registered email and payment reference (order/payment ID).
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay).
  • Draft Expected timeline: refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

5. What is not refundable

  • Periods already consumed beyond the applicable refund window.
  • Charges older than the window above, except where required by law.
